Terms and Conditions and Acknowledgement of Risk and Insurance Requirement

In addition, by submitting this Booking Form you confirm that: 

- You are aware that this tour includes strenuous activity, and that you, and all members of your party, are sufficiently fit to undertake this tour, and are not suffering from any health problems which may preclude from, or be aggravated by, such activity.  Red Lantern Cycling advises that advice be sought from a qualified medical practitioner if you, or any member of your party, has any doubts or concerns about their health or fitness.

- You are aware that during this tour you, and all members of your party, will be cycling on open, public roads.  This carries with it, especially in mountainous areas, the risk of personal injury or even death.  You confirm that by booking this trip you, and all members of your party, are aware of and accept this risk, and that you, and all members of your party, take responsibility for your involvement and actions. 

- Red Lantern Cycling has advised that you, and all members of your party, take out adequate insurance cover, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions

Booking process

Select the tour you would like to take and complete the Booking Form.  Once this is submitted and received you will be contacted by Red Lantern Cycling to finalise details.  After agreement of all details Red Lantern Cycling requires a deposit of £150 per person (non refundable) to confirm the booking.  Full payment is required 60 days prior to the tour start date.  If the start date of the tour is less than 60 days from the time of booking then full payment is required to confirm the booking.

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer and Cheque, and details are provided once you decide to proceed with booking your trip.

In the event of cancellation by Red Lantern Cycling, Red Lantern Cycling will repay in full all monies paid by you.
